About Baller Club
What is Baller Club?
Baller Club is an online cannabis store based in British Columbia. It started in 2021 and took its sales online at ballerclub.shop in 2024. It sells flower, pre-rolls, concentrates, vapes and edibles to adults across Canada, and every order ships in discreet packaging with Purolator or Canada Post. Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more, and purchases earn points in The Club, Baller Club’s free rewards program.
Shipping and delivery
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on orders of $150 or more, counted after discount codes and points. Orders under $150 pay a flat $23 anywhere in Canada.
How long does delivery take?
In 172 postal areas across BC, we ship by Purolator Ground for delivery the next business day. Everywhere else we ship by Canada Post Xpresspost, and the expected delivery date shows on your tracking. Your order ships the same business day if your e-Transfer is accepted by 11 AM Pacific, or the next business day if it’s accepted later.
Can I get next-day delivery?
Next-day delivery covers 172 postal areas in BC, including Metro Vancouver, the Fraser Valley, Vancouver Island, the Okanagan, Kamloops, the Kootenays and Prince George. Check your postal code on any product page or at checkout. It needs a street address, not a PO box.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Orders are vacuum-sealed and shipped in a plain mailer, with nothing on the outside or on the label that says what is inside.
When do I get my tracking number?
We email it as soon as your parcel ships. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. We ship to Canadian addresses only, including PO boxes by Canada Post.
Payment
How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer only. After you place your order, send the e-Transfer from your online banking using the email address, security question and answer on your order confirmation.
What is the e-Transfer security question and answer?
The question is Ship Within and the answer is canada. Put only your order number in the message, with no store or product names.
Do I need to tell you I’ve paid?
No. We’re notified when your transfer arrives and email you once your payment is accepted.
When does my order ship after I pay?
The same business day if your payment is accepted by 11 AM Pacific. Otherwise it ships the next business day. Transfers sent in the evening, on a weekend or on a holiday are accepted the next business day.
How long do I have to pay?
48 hours from when you place your order. If no e-Transfer arrives by then, the order is cancelled.
Ordering and accounts
Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout works with your email and shipping address. Guest orders still earn Club points, which move into your account if you create one with the same email.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, until it ships. Email orders@ballerclub.shop with your order number.
Can I pick up my order?
No. Baller Club is online only, and every order is shipped.
Out of stock, refunds and substitutions
What if something I ordered is out of stock?
We replace it with a substitute of equal or greater value, based on the choice you made at checkout: we pick, we use alternatives you listed, or we email you first.
Do you give refunds?
We don’t give cash refunds. When an item can’t be supplied, or a confirmed problem with your order calls for it, we add store credit to your account as Club points, which never expire.
Rewards and perks
How do free Mystery Gifts work?
You get one free Mystery Gift for every $100 in your order, up to 15 per order. They are added to your cart automatically, counted after discount codes and points.
How do Club points work?
Every order earns 2 points per $1, rising to 3 with your tier, and 100 points take $1 off a later order. Points never expire.
Can I earn Club points on Reddit?
Yes. Join r/BallerClubMoM, post, and send us the link from the Community tab in The Club. A post about a product you bought earns 100 points, up to 2 a week. Any other comment or post earns 50 points, one a week. Your first approved link earns 100 more. Upvotes earn badges, not points.
What is the checkout offer?
At checkout you may be offered one item at up to 25% off, picked to match your cart. It is one per order, and codes and points don’t apply to it.

Problems with a delivery
My tracking hasn’t updated. Is my parcel lost?
Probably not. Parcels sometimes miss a scan. If tracking hasn’t changed for several business days, email us with your order number and we’ll check with the carrier.
What if my parcel is lost?
We open a claim with the carrier. If the carrier confirms it is lost, we reship your order or credit its value to your account.
Something arrived damaged or wrong. What do I do?
Email orders@ballerclub.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description and photos of the item and packaging. Once we confirm the problem, we add store credit for that item.
Age, privacy and products
How old do I have to be to order?
You must be of legal age to buy cannabis in your province: 19 in most provinces, 18 in Alberta and 21 in Quebec. By placing an order, you confirm that you are.
What do you do with my information?
We use it to process, ship and support your orders and to run your account. We don’t sell it. When you pay by e-Transfer we see only the sender name and amount, never your banking login. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Are your product photos real?
Most product photos are taken by us. Some come from the brand. Packaging and appearance can vary from batch to batch.
What are naturally derived terpenes?
Terpenes are the aromatic compounds that give cannabis and many other plants their smell and taste. Naturally derived means they come from natural sources. Any product with added terpenes says so on the Terpenes line in its Product Details.
