These terms apply when you use ballerclub.shop or place an order with Baller Club. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.
Age
You must be 19 years of age or older to use this website and buy from us, and of legal age to buy cannabis where you live. By placing an order, you confirm that you are.
Products and information
- We describe our products as accurately as we can. Product photos are for illustration, and packaging and appearance may vary.
- Product information on this site is general information, not medical advice. Consume responsibly and keep all products away from children and pets.
- Prices are in Canadian dollars and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
Orders and payment
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud.
- Payment is by Interac e-Transfer, following the instructions on your order confirmation. Orders ship only after payment is received. Unpaid orders may be cancelled.
Shipping and returns
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns, damaged items and store credit by our Returns & Refunds policy.
Promotions and The Club
- Coupon codes, sales and free gifts are subject to the conditions stated with each offer and may end or change at any time. Some offers can’t be combined; your cart and checkout show which discounts apply.
- Club points, tiers, referrals and other Club rewards are covered by The Club Program Terms.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used it.
Using the website
Don’t misuse the site, for example by trying to disrupt it, access other people’s accounts, or copy its content for commercial use. The content, images and branding on this site belong to Baller Club or our suppliers.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
