This policy explains what personal information Baller Club (“we”, “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We handle personal information in line with Canadian privacy law. If you have any questions, email orders@ballerclub.shop.
Information we collect
- Account and order details: your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, and the products you order.
- Payment: you pay by Interac e-Transfer through your own bank. We see the sender name and amount of your transfer. We never receive your banking login or card details.
- The Club: your points balance and history, tier, badges, referrals, poll answers, questions and anything you choose to submit, such as social posts. Your birthday, if you choose to add it, is used for your birthday bonus.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through our contact form.
- Website use: pages viewed, products added to your cart, and general device and browser information, collected with cookies (see below).
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, and to send order and shipping updates.
- To run your account and The Club, including points, rewards and referrals.
- To answer your questions and resolve problems.
- To send cart reminders, offers and news by email, but only to members, past customers, or people who have agreed to receive them. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To understand how our website is used and improve it.
- To prevent fraud and spam, and to meet our legal obligations.
We don’t sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed, with service providers who help us run the store:
- shipping carriers and our shipping platform (Purolator, Canada Post and ShipTime), to deliver your orders;
- our website host and email providers, to run the site and send emails;
- Google Analytics, to measure how the website is used;
- Cloudflare Turnstile, to protect our forms from spam.
Some of these providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and login working, remember your language and your age confirmation, credit referrals, and measure site use with Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the site, such as the cart and checkout, may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. Account and Club information is kept while your account is open. Cart reminder records are deleted after 60 days.
Your choices and rights
- You can view and update your details in your account.
- You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email.
- You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing orders@ballerclub.shop. We may need to keep some records, such as orders, where the law requires it.
Age
Our website and products are only for adults 19 years of age or older. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 19.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
