These terms cover The Club, Baller Club’s points and referral program. By using points or a referral code, you agree to them. Plain-language guides: How Club Points Work and Refer a Friend.

1. Membership

  1. Membership is free. Anyone with a Baller Club account who meets the store’s age requirement for their province is a member. No purchase is required to join, to refer friends or to reach any rank.
  2. Points from guest checkouts are held under the order’s email address. They move to an account created with that email.

2. Points

  1. Members earn points on each order at their tier’s rate (2A.1): 2 to 3 points per $1 of products, after discount codes and points. Shipping and tax don’t earn points.
  2. Points are credited when an order is marked complete. Points earned from an order are removed if it is cancelled or refunded.
  3. 100 points = $1 off products. Points can be used from 100 points, in whole dollars. They can’t be used on shipping, the checkout offer item or Mystery Gifts.
  4. Points used on an order that is cancelled, refunded or fails are returned.
  5. Points don’t expire. They are store credit only: they have no cash value and can’t be sold or transferred.
  6. Balances from Baller Club’s previous rewards program carried over in full when The Club launched.

2A. Tiers, punch cards, streaks and bonuses

  1. Tiers. A member’s tier is set by their product spending on completed orders over the last 365 days, after discounts:
    • Rookie from $0, 2 points per $1
    • Starter from $250, 2 points per $1
    • All-Star from $750, 2.5 points per $1
    • MVP from $1,500, 3 points per $1
    • Legend from $3,000, 3 points per $1

The first time a member reaches each tier, they receive a one-time bonus equal to that tier’s threshold in points. Members who joined before The Club launched start at the tier their history gives them, with no bonus for spending before launch.

  2. Punch cards. A member may hold up to 2 cards, one per product group. A completed order with $25 or more of a card’s products adds one punch, from the day the card starts. 9 punches earn one free unit of a product from that group, selected by Baller Club staff (the “Punch Card Reward”). The item is added at $0 to the member’s next order that contains a paid product. Shipping is charged as normal. Cancelled or refunded orders don’t punch. A reward used on a cancelled order is restored.
  3. Streaks. A week (Monday to Sunday, Pacific time) or a calendar month counts when it has a completed order of $50 or more of products after discounts:
    • Weekly bonuses: 100 points at 2 weeks, 400 at 4, 1,000 at 8 and 2,500 at 12, then 2,500 every 12 weeks after that.
    • Monthly bonuses: 300 points at 3 months, 750 at 6 and 2,000 at 12, then 2,000 every 12 months after that.
    • Every 8 weeks in a row earns a Streak Shield, which covers one missed week.
    • Streak bonuses aren’t reversed.
  4. One-time bonuses. Each is paid once per member:
    • joining (accounts created after launch): 50 points
    • verifying an email: 50
    • completing the taste profile: 100
    • adding a social handle: 50
    • turning on email updates: 50
    • a first completed order: 100
  5. Order bonuses. While active, they are:
    • 300 extra points on orders of $300 or more
    • 100 extra points per bundle
    • limited multiplier windows, as announced

They are paid when the order completes and removed if it is cancelled or refunded.

2B. Points days, birthdays and anniversaries

  1. Points days are the days listed on the Points Days page, plus any announced store events. Their points are claimed by the member in The Club on the day itself, midnight to midnight Pacific time. They can’t be claimed afterwards, and each can be claimed once per member.
  2. Birthday: 500 points, added automatically on the member’s birthday. This applies to members at Starter tier or above whose birthday was saved in their profile at least 30 days earlier. A birthday can be set once. Members born on February 29 receive it on February 28 in other years.
  3. Anniversary: 500 points, added automatically each year on the date the member’s account was created. The member must have at least one completed order.

2C. Community

  1. Polls: one vote per member per poll, worth 25 points.
  2. Question of the Week: answers we mark helpful earn 50 points.
  3. Ask Baller Club: questions sent on days 1 to 7 of a month that we answer and publish earn 100 points. A member can send up to 3 a month.
  4. Social posts: a post must be public, tag @ballerclub.2025, show no consumption, no resale and no one under 19, contain no prices, offers, store links or invitations to buy, and still be up when checked. Posts don’t need to show any product. Points per approved post depend on the member’s creator level, set by their approved posts to date: Starter (0–2) 150 points for up to 2 posts a month, Contributor (3–7) 200 for up to 3, Creator (8–14) 250 for up to 4, and Ambassador (15+) 300 for up to 6. One favourite a month earns 500 more. Baller Club may decline any post.
  5. Moderation: everything members write is reviewed before it shows and may be declined. Members are shown by first name and last initial, or as “A member” if they turned shout-outs off.

3. Referrals

  1. Each member has a referral code and link. A friend who uses either on their first order receives 20% off that order. A first order means the friend’s email has no earlier Baller Club order.
  2. A referral link is remembered on the friend’s device for 30 days.
  3. A friend becomes linked to the member whose code or link was used on their first order. The link is permanent.
  4. Orders from a member’s own account, email address, phone number or shipping address are not referrals. Such orders are not linked and earn no referral credit. Genuine referrals within one household can be linked by Baller Club on request.
  5. Members may change their code. Earlier codes and links keep working.

4. Referral credit

  1. Each time an order from a referred customer is marked complete, the members above that customer earn credit as points. The credit is a percentage of the order’s product total after discounts:
    • “level 1” is the member who referred the customer
    • “level 2” is the member who referred them
    • “level 3” is the next member up
    • each level beyond 3 earns one tenth of the rate of the level below it
  2. Each member’s rates are set by their rank at the time the order completes, as in section 5.
  3. Credit from an order is removed if that order is cancelled or refunded.
  4. Credit is earned only from purchases by customers. Nothing is paid for recruiting a person, and no member is required to buy anything.

5. Ranks

  1. An active friend is a customer a member referred directly who completes an order of $50 or more (order total) in a calendar month, Pacific time.
  2. A member’s rank is set by the highest number of active friends in the current month, the previous month or the month before that.
Active friends Rank Level 1 Level 2 Level 3 Perks
0–2 Recruiter 5% 1% 0.1%
3 Coach 6% 1% 0.1%
4 Coach bonus 6% 1% 0.25%
5 General Manager 7% 1% 0.25% Personal invite page
8 General Manager bonus 7% 2% 0.25%
10 Franchise Owner 8% 2% 0.25% Franchise perks (6.1)
25 Dynasty 9% 2% 0.5% Franchise perks and a larger quarterly box
50 Hall of Fame 10% 2.5% 0.5% Franchise perks and a yearly gift

The member dashboard shows Dynasty and Hall of Fame once a member reaches Franchise Owner. They are listed here so the full plan is public.

6. Perks

  1. Franchise perks (Franchise Owner and above):
    • one Franchise Box of products per calendar month, shipped free to the member’s saved shipping address
    • free shipping on orders from $100 of products, counted after discount codes and points
    • a listing on the Franchise wall as first name and last initial, which the member can turn off
  2. The Franchise Box’s retail value depends on the referred friends’ total completed orders in the current or previous month, whichever is higher: $75 below $750, $150 from $750 and $250 from $1,500. Baller Club chooses the contents. Boxes can’t be exchanged for cash or credit.
  3. A personal invite page shows the member’s first name, last initial and an optional message of up to 160 characters. Baller Club may remove a message that is misleading or inappropriate.

7. What members can expect to earn

Credit depends entirely on what referred customers buy. Unless a member builds an active team, credit is typically a few dollars a month. Credit is store credit for Baller Club orders only, never cash, and is not a source of income. Worked examples are on the Refer a Friend page.

8. Misuse

Baller Club may remove points, credit or ranks obtained through misuse. Misuse includes self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, orders placed only to earn credit and then cancelled, and spam. Baller Club may also end membership for repeated misuse. Points earned legitimately are honoured.

9. Changes

Baller Club may change these terms, rates, ranks or perks. Changes are posted on this page at least 30 days before they take effect, unless they benefit members. Points already earned are never removed by a change.
