Every order at Baller Club earns Club points you spend like cash. You get 2 to 3 points for every $1, depending on your tier, and 100 points take $1 off. Points never expire, and joining is free.

How you earn points
- On every order. You earn 2 points for each $1 of products, counted after discount codes and points. All-Star members earn 2.5, and MVP and Legend members earn 3. Shipping and tax don’t earn points. At 2 points per $1, a $150 order earns 300 points, worth $3.
- When the order is complete. Points are added when your order is marked complete. If an order is cancelled or refunded, the points it earned are removed.
- As a guest. Points from guest checkouts are held under your email address. Create an account with the same email and they move into it automatically.
- On points days. More than 40 days a year, from 4/20 to Pizza Day, you can claim free points in The Club. You also get points on your birthday and Club anniversary. See Points Days.
- From bonuses. You get points for setting up your account, for big orders and bundles, for keeping an order streak and for reaching a new tier. See Tiers, Streaks & Badges.
- By referring friends. You earn credit on every order your friends place, and on orders from the friends they bring. See Refer a Friend.
- As store credit from us. If something you ordered is out of stock and no substitute suits you, we credit its value to you as points.
How you spend points
- Log in and add products to your cart.
- In the cart or at checkout, find the Club points line. Choose Use to apply your full balance, or enter a dollar amount.
- The discount comes off your products right away. Your balance updates when the order is placed.
- Points cover products, not shipping.
- You can use points together with a discount code.
- The checkout offer item and Mystery Gifts already carry their own pricing, so points don’t apply to them.
- If an order you paid for with points is cancelled, the points go back to your balance.
Points, Mystery Gifts and free shipping
You get one Mystery Gift for every $100 in an order, and shipping is free from $150. Both are counted on your total after discount codes and points are applied. Members at the Franchise Owner referral rank get free shipping from $100.

The Club page shows the following when you’re logged in:
- your balance and every point in or out
- your friend code and how many friends have used it
- your orders, with tracking
- a one-click “Order again” button
- a help form linked to your order
Common questions
- Do points expire?
- No. Points stay in your account until you use them.
- Can I cash out or transfer points?
- No. Points are store credit for Baller Club orders. They have no cash value and can’t be sold or moved to another account.
- What happened to points from the old rewards program?
- Your balance carried over in full. It shows in your history as “Balance carried over from the old rewards program”.
- My order is complete but the points aren’t showing. Why?
- Check that you’re logged in with the email used on the order. If they still aren’t there a day after the order completes, contact us with your order number.
- Can I use points and a discount code on the same order?
- Yes.
Points run alongside our punch cards: buy 9 from one product group and the 10th item is free.
