Our digital punch cards work like the paper card at a coffee shop, with a few differences. They track your orders automatically, you can run two at once, and the 10th item is free. There’s nothing to carry or lose.

How it works
- Start a card. In The Club, open Rewards and pick a card. Orders count from the day you start it.
- Order as usual. Each completed order with at least $25 from that card’s products adds one punch. One order can punch both of your cards. For example, $40 of flower and $30 of vapes punches the Flower & pre-rolls card and the Vapes & carts card.
- Fill all 9 punches. Your Punch Card Reward appears in Rewards.
- Place your next order. As soon as you add something to your cart, your Punch Card Reward drops in at $0. Our team picks it from that card’s group, using your taste profile, and packs it with your order. Then the card starts again.

The rules
- Your Punch Card Reward is one unit from that card’s group, chosen by our team. Fill in your taste profile and we’ll use it to pick something you’ll like.
- The item comes with an order. Shipping is charged as normal unless the order qualifies for free shipping.
- If you’d rather save it, remove it from your cart and it waits for your next order.
- A cancelled or refunded order doesn’t count as a punch. If an order carrying your Punch Card Reward is cancelled, the reward comes back.
- You can swap a card you just started, as long as it has no punches yet.
- Punch cards run alongside everything else. The same order still earns points, counts toward Mystery Gifts and keeps your streak going.

- Do I need an account?
- Yes. Cards are kept on your account. Join The Club for free.
- Do bundles count?
- Yes, if the bundle is listed in that card’s product group and comes to $25 or more.
- Can I run two cards for the same group?
- No. Each group has one card, and you can have two groups going at once.
