How it works
- Get your link and code. Every account has one in The Club, under Refer & earn. Your code is easy to say out loud, e.g. MIKE27.
- Share it. When a friend opens your link, their device remembers it for 30 days and the 20% applies in their cart automatically. They can also type your code at checkout.
- Your friend saves 20% on their first order.
- You earn on every order they place, starting with the first. Credit is added as points each time one of their orders is marked complete.
Ranks: earn more as your team grows
Your rates depend on your active friends: friends you referred who complete an order of $50 or more in a calendar month. More active friends unlock a higher rank, and the higher rate applies to orders from everyone in your team.

Your rank doesn’t drop mid-month. Your rank is based on your best month out of this month, last month and the month before. You move up as soon as you qualify, and you keep a rank for at least two months after your last qualifying month.

General Manager: your own invite page
Your link opens a page that says you invited them. It includes a short message from you and our members’ favourite products, and the 20% offer is ready in their cart.
Franchise Owner: the monthly Franchise Box
Each month at Franchise Owner, we ship you a box of products, free. Its size depends on what your friends spent that month or last month, whichever is higher.

What the credit adds up to
These examples assume each friend spends the same amount every month. Your real credit depends entirely on what your friends actually order.

If those 10 friends each bring 2 active friends who spend $100 a month, that’s another $2,000 of orders, and 2% of it adds $40 a month.
About typical earnings. Unless you build an active team, expect credit closer to the first two rows than the last. Credit is store credit for Baller Club orders only. It is never paid in cash and is not income.
Fair play
- The 20% offer is for a first order from someone who has never ordered with that email before.
- Orders from your own account, email, phone number or shipping address don’t earn credit. If someone you live with joins on your code, contact us and we’ll link them by hand.
- Credit from an order is removed if that order is cancelled or refunded.
- Ranks count your friends’ orders only. You never have to buy anything to reach or keep a rank.

- Where do I find my code?
- Log in and open The Club, then go to Refer & earn. You can copy your link or share it by text, WhatsApp or email.
- Can I change my code?
- Yes, under Refer & earn. Your old code and link keep working.
- Can my friend use the 20% offer more than once?
- No. It applies to their first order. From then on, they earn their own points on every order, and you earn credit on their orders.
- Does my friend need an account?
- No. Guests can use the offer. Whoever referred them is remembered by the email on the order.
- When does my credit show up?
- As soon as your friend’s order is marked complete. Every entry appears in your points history.
