The more you shop with us, the faster you earn. Member tiers raise your points per dollar, order streaks pay bonuses for keeping a rhythm, and badges track what you’ve done in The Club.
Member tiers
Your tier is set by what you spent on products in the last 12 months, on completed orders after discounts. Reaching a new tier pays a one-time bonus. Your tier can move down if your 12-month spending drops, but bonuses you’ve been paid are yours to keep.

At 3 points per $1, a $200 order earns 600 points ($6), compared with 400 points at Rookie. Your tier’s progress bar in The Club shows how much more reaches the next one.
Order streaks
A week or a month counts toward your streak when you complete an order of $50 or more (products, after discounts). Weeks run Monday to Sunday, Pacific time.

Streak Shields: every 8 weeks in a row earns one. If you miss a week, a shield covers it automatically and your weekly streak carries on.

We also run limited double-points windows and category spotlights. When one is on, it’s listed in the Rewards tab and on the calendar. Order bonuses are paid when the order completes and removed if it is cancelled or refunded.
Badges
Badges mark what you’ve done in The Club. They sit in your badge case, and the locked ones show what it takes to earn them.
- Buying: First Bucket, Double Digits (10 orders), Half Century (50), Big Spender ($1,000), Gift Hunter (5 Mystery Gifts in one order), Max Haul (all 15), Bundle Boss (3 bundles), Card Complete (a full punch card).
- Exploring: Tourist (3 product groups), Full Court (all 6), Taste Tester (10 different products), Early Bird (a product within 48 hours of launch).
- Account: Verified, Taste Profile, Connected, All Set, First Cash-In.
- Streaks: Regular (3 months), On a Roll (4 weeks), Iron Baller (12 weeks), Year-Rounder (12 months).
- Community: Voice (first poll vote), Pollster (12 votes), Helper (a helpful answer), Curious (a question we answered), Hype Team (an approved post).
- Referrals: Scout, Talent Scout (5 friends who order), Legacy (your friend refers someone too), Veteran (a year as a member).
